Information about our allergy-friendly alternatives
We prepare food to suit as many of our visitors as possible, carefully selecting ingredients with that in mind.
In cases where food intolerances or allergies need to be considered, we aim to offer suitable alternatives. It’s important to us that all guests feel welcome at Astrid Lindgren’s Näs, which is why we are continuously expanding our allergy-friendly options.
We have a dedicated team member with training in allergy management who oversees and develops our allergy-friendly offerings.
Our staff are trained in allergy awareness and allergy-safe products and are happy to help you combine dishes in a way that leaves you both full and satisfied.
However, you know your allergy best — so please let us know your needs, and we’ll do our very best to find something that suits you.
